sambil mengambil coupon ditangan saya, budak kat kaunter tu bertanya, "akak ade telepon dulu soh simpan tak?" sambil berpandangan dgn pasangan yg dah selekeh yang amat.. "tak pon" sambil menggeleng buat muka kesian...

Nak kurus???

Hot! Hot! HOt!! betul betul hot...

"Isskk... gemok la.... tak larat nak bawak badan... baju pon semua tak muat..." alahai... ayat ni dah bosan didengar oleh en. suami. Setahun lepas, masa saya mengandungkan anak perempuan saya Aisha, saya tak lah gemok mana... tak berapa lalu nak makan, banyak benda taknak makan, morning sickness yang sangat lama (sampai buat orang meluat nak layan kot) dan yang penting... mase tu sangat la susah hati...  sobs.. :(
Biasanya berat badan saya sgtlah berat time ngandung... Biler kawan2 jumpa time ni... sure tanya, "Eh kembar ek?" "Besar nya ko... mesti kembo!!" dalam hati mase tu... tuhan je tahu... "aku cepuk muka sorang2 baru tahu... eh ekau tak tahu pompuan ngandong hot tempered? kang tak pasal2 naik penampo atas muka.... Badan sendiri yang besar, nak salahkan orang... Kawan2 tu tadi nak tegor je kan? amik hati plak... Bukan nak amik yang positive!!! cewah2 dah lepas boleh la cakap... been there done that!!! betol tak...

Okay tak pe, ni nak citer saya punyer case diet... Sebelom2 ni saya punyer la telan pill la (pill sebeban tau dak?), tak makan la... puasa sunat la... (okay berbuka melantak sampai nak pecah perut, sampai merayap g sembahyang maghrib) tapi tak pernah turun seperti yang saya kehendaki... Dah nasib.... tu ah... tapi akhirnya saya terpanggil untuk membeli sekeping coupon oleh rakan baik saya... Thanks to Siti Farhanah... hehehe die iya iya je ngajak beli coupon tuh... Sebenarnya dah lama beli, dan dah expired dah pon... tapi kalau dah rezeki tu kan, tak ke mana... Pihak berkenaan menghubungi saya untuk lanjutkan tempoh coupon tu walaupon dah expired. Alhamdullilah.. saya luangkan masa pergi ke cawangan yang paling berdekatan dengan rumah saya... Selepas diaorang menganalisa tubuh badan saya.. hmmmm consultant tu pon bagitahu la ape treatment yang saya kena amik... dan die tak paksa apa2.. (waaa bagus sgt tau... amoi tu pon lawa wa cakap lu!!!) Biasa nya tempat2 macam ni.. memang kerja diaorang memaksa je tahu nya.... Saya berfikir agak panjang kot.. hampir separuh bulan.. dan saya mengambil keputusan untuk cuba trial pack mereka... They ask me to diet weh!!! benda yang agak sukar ku lakukan... tapi ko nak ke tanak kurus ni Atie weyyy???!! nak seribu daya, takmo seribu la dalihnya... jadi pada 20 march 2011, saya telah mengamalkan Green Protien + Fruit Detox Diet yang disarankan...

Woh sgt sengsara kawan2... tapi hasilnya? im lost 4kg in 1 week!! Amazing dan yang paling penting saya tak rasa penat walau sedikitpun!! cuba lah!!!

GREEN PROTEIN DIET (1st day to 17th day)

Breakfast ------> hard boiled egg + Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes + squeezed lime juice + papaya/ Apple/ Pineapple/ Starfruit/ Sunmelon

Tea Break ------> 1 serving of fruit + cup low calorie beverage
Lunch ------> 2 cup of vegetables + skinless chicken/ roasted chicken/ fish (size of 2 match box)

Tea break ------> 1 serving of fruit + cup low calorie beverage

Dinner ------> 1 cup of nutri organic calcium drink + vegetable soup + chicken/ tofu/ fish (size of 2 match box)
The most important food you have to avoid are, cake??? (nyum2...), bread, rice, noodle, pasta (no cabonara after this!!!), potato, kuih muih, porridge, roti canai, tosai capati...

Important tips...:

Meal time - eat on fixed schedule... dont skip ur meal!!! grrrrr nak kena marah neh!!!
Quantity - TAke the correct amount & choose suitable food during feast or festival... (tak mkn nasik, tapi lauk sayo lemak la.. kurma daging la... semangkuk tambah plak tuh!!) haih... fail lagik...
Water - 3 litre at least... drink 250ml every hour... ha... yg ni saya boleh buat ngan jayanya.. even more than that.... perot byk ruang.. utk mengisi kekosongan la katakan...:))
Exercise - at least 30 min..brisk walking, tak yah jog2 pon...cycling, swimming, skipping... WINDOW SHOPING.... waaa luas bukak mata tengok ayat last ni...
and... avoid high calorie fruit.. ie durian (waaa :( ini tak boleh jadi!!!), mata kucing, banana, cempedak, mango....
hah amik ko... ko ingat makan buah, ko nak makan buah best2??? jangan harap... tu yang aku kata sengsara tadik!!!!

EAt LESS RICE!!!

Hye everyone!!! read this awesome fact that might be your guide to have a healthy diet!!

The human body was never meant to consume rice! You see, our genes have hardly changed in more than 30,000 years. However, our food choices and lifestyle have changed dramatically. The caveman would hardly recognise our food or way of life.

Caveman food was never cooked as fire was not yet tamed. Thus, he ate only those foods that you can eat without treatment with or by fire. He ate fruits, vegetables, fish (sushi anyone?), eggs, nuts and meat. Yes, even meat! You can even eat meat raw if you were starving in the forest. You have the necessary enzymes to digest meat.

However, rice, like wheat and corn, cannot be eaten raw. It must be cooked. Even if you were starving in the desert, you cannot eat rice in the raw form.. This is because we do not have the system of enzymes to break rice down. You were never meant to eat rice. To make matters worse, you not only eat rice, but also make it the bulk of your food.

In some parts of Asia , rice forms up to 85% of the plate. Even if you take rice, keep it to a minimum. Remember, it is only for your tongue - not your body. Actually, rice and other grains like wheat and corn are actually worse than sugar. There are many reasons:

Rice becomes sugar - lots of it! This is a fact that no nutritionist can deny: rice is chemically no different from sugar. One bowl of cooked rice is the caloric equal of 10 teaspoons of sugar. This does not matter whether it is white, brown or herbal rice. Brown rice is richer in fibre, some B vitamins and minerals but it is still the caloric equal of 10 teaspoons of sugar. To get the same 10 teaspoons of sugar, you need to consume lots of kangkong-10 bowls of it.


Rice is digested to become sugar.
Rice cannot be digested before it is thoroughly cooked. However, when thoroughly cooked, it becomes sugar and spikes circulating blood sugar within half an hour-almost as quickly as it would if you took a sugar candy. Rice is very low in the 'rainbow of anti-oxidants. '

This complete anti-oxidant rainbow is necessary for the effective and safe utilisation of sugar. Fruits come with a sugar called fructose. However, they are not empty calories as the fruit is packed with a whole host of other nutrients that help its proper assimilation and digestion.

Rice has no fibre.
The fibre of the kangkong fills you up long before your blood sugar spikes. This is because the fibre bulks and fills up your stomach. Since white rice has no fibre, you end up eating lots of 'calorie dense' food before you get filled up. Brown rice has more fibre but still the same amount of sugar.

Rice is tasteless-sugar is sweet.
There is only so much that you can eat at one sitting. How many teaspoons of sugar can you eat before you feel like throwing up? Could you imagine eating 10 teaspoons of sugar in one sitting?

Rice is always the main part of the meal.
While sugar may fill your dessert or sweeten your coffee, it will never be the main part of any meal. You could eat maybe two to three teaspoons of sugar at one meal. However, you could easily eat the equal value of two to three bowls (20-30 teaspoons) of sugar in one meal. I am always amused when I see someone eat sometimes five bowls of rice (equals 50 teaspoons of sugar) and then asks for tea tarik kurang manis!

There is no real 'built in' mechanism for us to prevent overeating of rice:
How much kangkong can you eat?
How much fried chicken can you eat?
How much steamed fish can you eat?
Think about that!

In one sitting, you cannot take lots of chicken, fish or cucumber, but you can take lots of rice. Eating rice causes you to eat more salt. As rice is tasteless, you tend to consume more salt-another villain when it comes to high blood pressure. You tend to take more curry that has salt to help flavor rice. We also tend to consume more ketchup and soy sauce which are also rich in salt.

Eating rice causes you to drink less water.
The more rice you eat, the less water you will drink as there is no mechanism to prevent the overeating of rice. Rice, wheat and corn come hidden in our daily food. As rice is tasteless, it tends to end up in other foods that substitute rice like rice flour, noodles and bread. We tend to eat the hidden forms which still get digested into sugar.

Rice, even when cooked, is difficult to digest.
Can't eat raw rice? Try eating rice half cooked. Contrary to popular belief, rice is very difficult to digest. It is 'heavy stuff'. If you have problems with digestion, try skipping rice for a few days. You will be amazed at how the problem will just go away.

Rice prevents the absorption of several vitamins and minerals.
Rice when taken in bulk will reduce the absorption of vital nutrients like zinc, iron and the B vitamins. 
Are you a rice addict? Going rice-less may not be easy but you can go rice-less. Eating less rice could be lot easier than you think. Here are some strategies that you can pursue in your quest to eat less rice: 
 
Eat less rice-cut your rice by half.
Barry Sears, author of the Zone Diet, advises 'eating rice like spice'. Instead, increase your fruits and vegetables. Take more lean meats and fish. You can even take more eggs and nuts.

Have 'riceless' meals.
Take no rice or wheat at say, breakfast. Go for eggs instead.

Go on 'riceless' days.
Go 'western' once a week.

Take no rice and breads for one day every week.
That can't be too difficult. Appreciate the richness of your food. Go for taste, colours and smells. Make eating a culinary delight. Enjoy your food in the original flavours.

Avoid the salt shaker or ketchup.
You will automatically eat less rice.

Eat your fruit dessert before (Yes! No printing error) your meals.
The fibre rich fruits will 'bulk up' in your stomach. Thus, you will eat less rice and more fruits.
 



Your hugry tummy still can be full of these kind of dessert!!! just make a choice and enjoy ur riceless meal!!!


You can try this..HARU from sakae sushi.. oh no.. still got rice... take out the rice... then just eat the salmon n grille chicken with the soup!! :)

MEE KAMPUNG PEK

On the way to Kota Bharu mesti nampak kedai "Mee Kampung Pek" ni tepi jalan.. kat area Machang kot... Teringin jugak nak rase, tapi selalu nyer kami melintasi kawasan ni pukul 4 pagi, subuh, takpon tgh2 mlm buta... so harapan tinggal harapan... But one fine day, kiteorg buang tebiat, bertolak awal pagi (biasa tengah malam) dari Puchong untuk pulang ke kampung halaman... 

Tetiba... tadinya mengantuk tahap dewa, saya dengan rakusnya terjerit... "Ha!!! Mee Kampung Pek bukak la awak!!!" saya macam excited giler woh nak makan kan? padahal dah makan nasik segala kat hentian Benta tadik. But hubby pon macam "eh jom try nak?" apo laie... hubby plak dgn rakusnya tanpa memberi signal nak benti memulas stereng ke halaman kedai tepi jalan tu (is actually rumah die dulu2 kot dah convert jd kodai dah!!) kami pon order mee rebus... wow... memang superb... rase die memang lite je... serious... kalau makan dgn lahap sampai tercekik pon boleh cover line lagik... Afiq my eldest sampai order lagik tuh... suke betol die mee, mama ngan abah.. sabo ye... 

Sangat tak puas rasanya nak makan, sebab rushing, MIL asyik kol, "Tak sampai lagik ke? Dok Manow dowh?" hehehe amik berat kan??? mane tak nyer org lain kelik kelate.net 8 jam je...kiteorang 12jam pong tak sampai2.... ngeee tu yg gabra org kampung yg menunggu tu...!!!

Jadi last week saya buat la mee ni... last week ke? rasenye lama dah... baru nak update.. klik sane klik sini, macam remeh je... jadi saya buat version lidah saya je...

Tadaaaa!!!! ni lah die... okay la.. puas hati... makan boleh tambah2 lagik.. the receipe is slightly like this....:


2 ulas bawang putih gemok2 (diketuk)
sedikit udang
isi ayam (kalau ade tulang sedap, lebih manis, but anak aku nak makan, leceh ah)
sutun sket
sawi
kobis
cili masak
tomato bijik (belah 6)
sos tomato
sos cili
sos tiram sket
garam, gula secukup rasa

cara2nya: Hangpa tumis je bawang putih tu ngan minyak sampei naik bau... tapi saya upgrade siket la... saya goreng sekali ngan hirisan bawang besar... kasi manis sket... then tuang air (depends nak kuah byk mana) masak till menggelegak... masukkan segala seafood or ayam tadik. jgn masak lama ngat sotong tu, nanti liat, overcook, tak sedap... masuk semua garam seangkatannya. Oh yea jgn lupa letak segala macam sos tu tadik... masukkan sos tomato byk siket...  psssttt!!! saya ade curik2 letak kiub ayam knorr...kah kah kah... hubby kalau tahu neh, kompom marah... then dah okay rase die, baru pecah kan telur (masa ni pastikan api besar tau.. sebab nak kasi telur tu sekata pecah dlm kuah) eh biler pulak muncul telur ni? tadik dlm bahan2nya tak de plak kan?

okay2 boleh makan..

afiq: wa... sedapnya mama!!!

makan kami dgn lahap nya... sampai kuali pon hangkut ke depan...

petang nyer...

afiq: mama, nak makan mee kampung pek?
mama: mane ade fiq, kan jauh... okay mama dah lupa tadik buat mee kampung pek.. (tapi perlu ke afiq panggil mee kg pek? tu yg buat saya tak ingat tu!)


sebenarnye ade lagik.... then kami melantak sekali lagi.. dan lagi....
moral: sehari suntuk makan mee kampung pek!!! tak yah balik KB wohh!!!! :P





Daun Kadok

Daun Kadok Depan rumah... Ye sempena kampung hubby di Kadok, Kelantan.. tetiba je tanam pokok ni depan rumah kan??

Tengah dok fikir2 ape nak buat ngan daun kadok ni ek??? banyak sangat dah ni...
oooo ye buat Mieng Kham nak???
Aku selalu order Mieng Kham ni kalau makan kat Alissara ... bagi org yg suka makan daun kayan macam saya, suka la kot...Tapi kan rasa die memang unik la... masam, manis, pedas, nutty.. cewah masuk omputih sket... but serious... memang sedap... dan why not kiter try???


Hidangan untuk 10 orang

Bahan-bahan:

10 helai daun kaduk
100 gram kacang tanah (goreng tanpa minyak)
100 gram udang kering (goreng tanpa minyak)
100 gram kelapa goreng
8 biji cili padi (dipotong-potong kecil)
 
Cili juga boleh didapati di laman rumah... ni lebih 8 tangkai kot... boleh buasir ni...

1biji bawang besar (di potong dadu)
1 inci halia (dipotong halus)
1 mangkuk kecil sos Thai

Cara membuat:

Ambil sehelai daun kaduk, sapukan permukaannya dengan sos Thai.
Letakkan kacang tanah, udang kering, kelapa goreng, cili padi, bawang besar dan halia di atas daun kaduk. Lipat daun kaduk seperti lipatan sirih.
Boleh dimakan dengan segera.
 
eh... kalo nak makan reramai, makan je tepi kolam ikan saya ni hah... fresh lagik... ade paip air terus kat situ terus basuh...ngeee... resepi ni tak kasik org makan byk kot... sepuloh org, sepuluh helai... kalau saya ngan hubby, 1 set, 10 keping, sekali hadap je kami berdua!!!
Dah boleh makan.... hmm tak yah bayo mahal2 kat Alissara nak makan benda ni... even lebih santai kalau makan dirumah, anak pon tak meragam nak itu nak ini.. cepuk air mama, cepuk nasik abah... berebut nak perhatian kan? ate maknyer makan tak hingat dunio!!!

LAgi!!!

Salam...

Lama saya tak update blog ni... rasa sangat2 tak cukup masa... Saya pernah terbaca pasal tak cukup masa ni... kalau la kita ni asyik2 tak cukup masa, means kita kurang mengadap tuhan, dlm erti kata lain, beribadat... Masa kita dah dibahagi cantik oleh yang Maha Esa. Mana mungkin tak cukup? Dia telah menghitungnya terlebih dahulu sebelom kita. Dan tuhan tak menguji seseorang itu lebih dari kemampuan nya...

Ujian... baru2 ni saya diuji lagi.. mungkin bagi sesetengah orang, ujian yang saya hadapi ni bukan lah besar sangat bagi mereka, tapi bagi saya, ianya agak mencabar.... MAid saya lari lagi!!! nah..!! lintang pukang saya dibuatnya... terkejar kesana, terkejar kesini, syukurlah suami saya memahami dan ada jugak menolong saya mengurus kan kerja rumah....Thanks Dear!!!  :))

Terkadang, pelik jugak dengan perangai pembantu rumah zaman sekarang.. Macam2 kelonggaran telah diberi, tapi masih tak berpuas hati... ape yang mereka impikan sebenarnya? Datang ke Malaysia untuk bekerja atau bercinta?? Seperti saya, saya amat jarang menyuruh pembantu saya memasak, mengemas bilik tido (ni tak termasuk dia masuk tido pukul 8 okay).. boleh dikatakan dia hanya duduk dirumah untuk menjaga anak2.. Saya tak pernah bersungut, malah bersyukur kerana dia menjaga anak saya dengan baik ( mungkin la... tak bagi makan pon kite tak tahu kan?) Saya tak boleh bayangkan pukul 6.30 pagi, mengejut anak2 yg sedang nyenyak tidur utk ke taska, berjalan sendiri ke kereta, terhoyong hayang... kesian.. Saya pula, mesti lah kelam kabut dgn bag sekolah, bag persalinan mereka utk seharian mereka di taska, breakfast... haih tak terbayang kekalutan dipagi hari.

Tapi... sekarang saya dimana? Sekarang saya berada di situasi yang saya tak terbayang tadi, dalam keadaan kelam kabut, masih boleh menggoreng jemput pisang utk anak tersayang, menggoreng nasik goreng utk suami tercinta, memberi ikan makan, minum susu utk diri sendiri... hmmm tepuk dada, tanya selera, nak seribu daya, tak nak seribu dalih...!!! cuba bayang kan mak2 kita dulu besar kan kita?? sorang jugak...!!! kan?

Jadi! anda dah decide nak jadi mak utk anak2 yang comel dan sihat, nak jadi wanita bekerjaya yang begaya, nak jdi isteri terbaik buat suami (takmo yang lain dah.. hahahaha), dan menjadi anak yang solehah buat ibu bapa tercinta.... Pilihan ditrangan anda, buat apa nak letakkan anak2 di tempat risiko yang tinggi??? rela anak disuap oleh INDON?? yang mana mereka sendiri tak potong kuku? menghisap rokok? tak solat? Fikirlah yang terbaik buat anak2.. Jadi, dengan semangat berkobar2... saya takmau dah pakai MAID!!! banyak keburukan dari kebaikan... Insyaallah, dengan tulang 4 kerat saya, saya akan berusaha untuk menjaga anak2 saya, sambil memastikan mereka dapat yg terbaik dari saya!!! Mak, mungkin saya tak boleh jadi macam mak. tapi saya akan ikut jejak langkah mak... terima kasih mak... biler saya jadi "mak" baru saya tahu kenapa mak selalu kata " Wah... sedapnya dapat baring" (mase mak nak tido)... its really... "WAH!!!" saya boleh rasakan nya sekarang... I LOVE YOU so much mak!!!

 kejadian ke taska... semua duduk depan, jaga diri masing2 (taska just couple min from my house)



 Saya umpan kanak2 ni dengan benda ni, supaya saya boleh settlekan kerja umah dgn senang hati.. lalalalala...


 Next step!! pergi cari hanger banyak2.. lepas ni tak tak mo lipat dah!! penat!! tengok, aisha pon tahu penat... Penat die cari hanger tau.. nak kaler swit2 katanyer... :P


 Ni kejadian Aisha tersepit di celahan sofa n tilam... tido  kat depan.. sonang bangun buat susu. Jadi ruang atas rumah saya tak bersepah!!! saper nak sewa tingkat atas???


 Tengok??? saper soh berak sampai tembus? tak payah pakai seluar dah... jimat!! hahaha kesian sasa...


 Semua letih... okay la sayang mama, jom kita tidur... esok bangun pagi, kita hadap cabaran duniawi bersama2!!! :))




Semoga Allah memberi "masa" utk saya, memberi kesihatan utk saya menjaga suami dan anak2, memberi hidayah untuk saya yang naif ini... Ya Allah berikan lah kesihatan untuk ibubapa ku semoga aku sempat membalas jasa2 mereka yang sesungguhnya tak terbals olehku, ampunilah dosa2 mereka Ya Allah. Ya Allah, permudahkan lah segala urusan ku dan berikanlah yang terbaik untuk diriku dan keluargaku dan berikanlah kerberkatan didlmnya. Amin...
